After retiring from the USAF and taking a break from the years of military service, Sam entered into full-time real estate. He always knew he wanted to use his service experience in a way that helps his community. He recalls the stress and anxiety that came with numerous relocations, homes bought and sold, and the uprooting of family leaving behind community, great schools, and close friends. From that experience, he found his calling! And so now Sam's goal is to ease that burden for the many people caught in transition across the Front Range community. More than a dozen years of his service time was spent in Colorado Springs and now as a permanent Front Range resident, he finds himself in a unique position to help others. So whether buying, selling, or investing, Sam is arguably one of the most knowledgeable agents you will find on all things Colorado Springs and the Front Range region!
