Alan Lovitt has been helping people buy and sell single-family homes in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas for the last 30 years. He has served as the President of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and the Colorado Association of Realtors. He has also served on the code of ethics board. Alan has provided supervision and training to many of the real estate professionals in the state, which gives him a strong network in whatever neighborhood you are considering. His previous work experience was managing a department store in the Citadel Mall. Alan is going to celebrate his 50 ^th wedding anniversary this year. He and his wife love to travel, spend time with their kids/grandkids, and find new shows to watch.

Alan's oldest daughter joined him in the real estate business in 2019. Jessica's background is in team leadership in companies providing financial and small business services. Jessica's passion is customer service and helping people going through transitional periods of their lives. She has two great children, a very active dog, and a wonderful fiancé. She loves to travel and find new restaurants.
